Profile

He holds a PhD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a member of the Shanghai 5G/6G Expert Committee. He previously served as a research scientist and department director at Bell Labs, and represented Nokia in the IMT-2030 (6G) Promotion Group and 6GANA. His work has long focused on mobile communications and key 6G technologies.

Selected Experience & Achievements

• Led research tasks under major national science and technology programs and contributed to major national projects and key R&D initiatives
• Developed a reconfigurable-antenna MIMO prototype platform and contributed to multiple 6G technology white papers
• Filed more than 100 patent applications, with multiple proposals adopted by international standards bodies including 3GPP
• Received the Bell Labs global distinguished inventor award and Nokia global quality award
